Duties and Responsibilities
Skills Requirements
- Manage and Oversees distributor overall Technical Support, Training and Warranty for JMC Brand
- Plan out and communicates with dealer service head for any Technical, Training and Warranty programs, issues and concerns
- Communicates with the factory for any Technical, Training and Warranty related concerns
- Ensure timely report required by the Aftersales Manager or Department head
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge on various technical support programs such as, recall, repair, safety notices and technical bulletins.
- Manage and Oversees Overall Technical Support, Training and Warranty Operations for JMC Brand
- Communicates with manufacturer (JMIE) for Technical, Training and Warranty related concerns
- Communicates with inter-department related concerns
- Communicates with Local supplier/body maker for Technical, and Warranty related concerns
- Communicates with dealer Technical, Training and Warranty related Concerns
- Development of Technical Support, Training and Warranty Bulletins
- Development of Modules for Technical non-Technical and Warranty Trainings
- Review and approved dealer warranty claim and ensure claims are applied to the manufacturer
- Conduct Technical and Warranty Trainings
- Conduct Dealer Performance Evaluation
- Plan out projects and Task Assignment
Skills Requirements
- College Graduate or equivalent
- Highly Knowledgeable on Microsoft
- At least 5 years Automotive Aftersales or Technical Managerial experience
- Must be extremely detail oriented, organized and tidy
- Must be a critical thinker who enjoys problem solving and working with a team
- Honest and trustworthy with good work ethic and a positive attitude
- Must have ability to communicate and articulate in Tagalog and English both verbally and in writing
