Overview:

  • Assist customers with requests for repair/maintenance services
  • Assist the Service Manager in the operations of the service center
  • Report to Service Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Write up work order or job orders
  • Estimate cost and completion time
  • Communicate with customer about work status
  • Review service repairs and charges to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain communication with technician staff regarding job status changes
  • Explain the need for additional or unanticipated services and associated costs to customer’s
  • Coordinate with JMC in the resolution of concerns to make sure all customer issues are served effectively

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a College Graduate
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in as a Service Advisor or equivalent
  • with Professional Driver's License RC. 1,2 and 3
