This role requires a candidate with a robust educational background in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science, complemented by certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA as a valuable addition. With 3-4 years of experience in business analysis or system implementation, the ideal candidate has a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions. Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, process mapping, and translating complex needs into actionable technical requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Proficiency in tools like Visio or Lucidchart for process mapping and familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, are essential.

The role also emphasizes expertise in system design, implementation, and testing, ensuring scalable solutions and optimal system performance. Hands-on experience with enterprise applications such as ERP or CRM systems, alongside advanced troubleshooting and support escalation skills, is highly valued. Technical proficiency in SQL, APIs, and system integrations is a must, while soft skills such as adaptability, strong interpersonal communication, and a problem-solving mindset are crucial for success. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently when necessary, and foster collaboration within a team-oriented environment.

Educational Background and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis), or PMI-PBA are a plus.
Experience
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality solutions.

  • Business Requirements Analysis:
    • Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and other methods.
    • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements.
    • Skilled in prioritizing and managing requirements to align with business objectives.
  • Process Mapping and Optimization:
    • Proficiency in creating detailed process maps and workflows using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.
    • Experience in identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements to optimize business processes.
  • System Design and Implementation:
    • Strong knowledge of system development lifecycles (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
    • Ability to work with developers and architects to design scalable and efficient system solutions.
    • Experience with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, or other business systems.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance:
    • Skilled in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and scenarios to ensure system functionality and performance.
    • Experience in coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar platforms to track and resolve defects.
 
  • Support Escalation (Level 2):
    • Ability to provide advanced troubleshooting and support for business systems and applications.
    • Experience in collaborating with Level 1 support teams and escalating issues to development or vendor teams as needed.
    • Strong communication skills to effectively explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools for troubleshooting and reporting.
  • Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and middleware tools.
  • Knowledge of system configuration, customization, and basic scripting is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and project priorities.
