FINANCE AND INSURANCE COORDINATOR

Overview

A Finance and Insurance Coordinator works closely with both the customer and the sales team to help customer choose financing and insurance options. Their duties include customer service, paper work processing, bank/financing documentation and compliance to financial institutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Working directly with Sales Consultant and customer to explain and recommended financing option.
  • Processing of loan applications for vehicle financing approval
  • Preparation of financing documentation for release
  • Validation of all submitted loan requirements is completed and correct.
  • Ensuring compliance of financing agreements/documentation must meet financial/bank regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationship with lending institutions to gain confidence and get competitive rates
  • Process insurance coverage for both bank/financing and LTO requirement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in as a finance and insurance coordinator or equivalent
