As an external recruiter (also known as an agency recruiter or third-party recruiter), you will work independently or through a staffing agency to fill roles on behalf of our company. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring we hire the right candidates for key positions across departments.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven External Recruiter to partner with our organization in identifying, sourcing, and placing top talent. As an external recruiter (also known as an agency recruiter or third-party recruiter), you will work independently or through a staffing agency to fill roles on behalf of our company. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring we hire the right candidates for key positions across departments.
- Collaborate with internal HR and hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for open positions using job boards, databases, social media, and other sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate fit.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Represent our company professionally in all interactions with candidates and external stakeholders.
- Track and report candidate metrics and hiring progress to internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company hiring policies.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably as an external/agency recruiter.
- Strong understanding of recruiting techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Recruit+
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (but not required).
