Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct engaging and effective technical training sessions for employees at various levels, focusing on automotive technologies, systems, and best practices.
- Utilize a variety of instructional methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles and ensure knowledge retention.
- Training Material Development:
- Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on workshop resources.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive trends and technologies to incorporate relevant content into training programs.
- Needs Assessment:
- Collaborate with department managers to assess training needs and identify skills gaps within teams.
- Analyze performance metrics and feedback to continuously improve training programs and materials.
- Evaluation and Feedback:
- Implement assessment tools to evaluate training effectiveness and participant understanding.
- Gather and analyze feedback from trainees to enhance future training sessions and materials.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure training aligns with company goals and standards.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees post-training to reinforce learning and application of skills.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant performance.
- Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and effectiveness for management review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 5 years experience in technical training within the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of automotive systems and technologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in training software and tools, including e-learning platforms and multimedia content creation.
- Certification in instructional design or training is a plus.
