Job Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Manager in the automotive sector, you will drive revenue growth and brand visibility for our corporate automotive products. You will develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Create and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.
    • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategy.
  2. Marketing Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote automotive products.
    • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealerships, and distributors.
    • Address customer concerns and provide exceptional service to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
  5. Product Management:
    • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure product offerings meet market demands.
    • Develop product positioning and messaging to highlight unique value propositions.
  6. Sales Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance.
    • Provide training, coaching, and support to enhance team skills and capabilities.
  7. Performance Monitoring:
    • Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.
    • Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and market conditions.
  8. Event and Promotion Management:
    • Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and partners for event logistics and execution.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of automotive products, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and other business activities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
