Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Aftersales Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Retention Strategies:
    • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing customer loyalty and retention.
    • Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify areas for improvement in aftersales services.
  • Brand Reputation Management:
    • Monitor and manage the brand's online presence, addressing customer reviews and inquiries to maintain a positive reputation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and service quality.
  • Service Product Development:
    • Identify market trends and customer needs to create innovative aftersales service products.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and launch new service offerings that enhance customer experience.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize analytics tools to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and customer satisfaction metrics.
    • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and customer feedback to guide future marketing efforts.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Coordinate with sales, service, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Train and support team members on aftersales marketing initiatives and best practices.
  • Event Planning and Promotion:
    • Organize customer engagement events, workshops, and promotions to foster community and brand loyalty.
    • Leverage social media and digital marketing channels to promote aftersales services and offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of customer retention strategies and brand management.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience in using marketing analytics tools.
  • Proficient in digital marketing techniques, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
