- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures for improved efficiency.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including meetings and events.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of company assets and equipment.
- Oversee asset allocation, maintenance, and disposal processes.
- Implement asset tracking systems to enhance efficiency and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding asset management.
- Manage facility maintenance, repairs, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with service providers and contractors for facility-related services.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the facility meets health and safety standards.
- Develop and manage budgets for facility maintenance and improvements.
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team performance and productivity.
- Prepare regular reports on administrative operations and performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with office and facility operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of asset and facility management principles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in office software and management systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
