We are seeking a dynamic and organized Group Admin Manager to oversee and enhance the operations of our HR, Admin & Talent Acquisition departments.
Job Summary:
The Group Admin Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the group. This role involves overseeing member engagement, ensuring smooth communication, and facilitating the effective functioning of the group. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Group Moderation and Management:
- Enforce group rules and guidelines to ensure a positive and productive environment.
- Resolve conflicts and address issues or concerns raised by group members.
- Monitor group interactions to maintain compliance with group policies.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for group members and external stakeholders.
- Disseminate important updates, announcements, and information to the group.
- Organize and lead meetings, discussions, and events as needed.
- Member Management:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new members, including orientation and integration.
- Manage membership requests, including adding or removing members and updating roles.
- Facilitate member engagement and address inquiries or issues promptly.
- Content and Event Planning:
- Develop and manage content relevant to the group’s objectives, including newsletters, posts, or other communications.
- Plan and coordinate events, activities, and initiatives to enhance group cohesion and achievement of goals.
- Support and Training:
- Provide guidance and support to group members, addressing any concerns or providing training as necessary.
- Develop and implement best practices and procedures for group operations.
- Reporting and Evaluation:
- Monitor group performance and engagement metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Collect feedback from members and implement improvements based on input and observations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR/Admin Management, Communications, or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5-10 solid years of experience in group administration, management, or a related role, with a proven track record of successful team or group management.

- Proficiency in NetSuite, Recruit+ and Sprout.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts effectively.
