Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple dealership locations or retail stores.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of store managers, sales personnel, and other support staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide training, and identify opportunities for team development.
- Foster a positive and motivated work environment, ensuring high levels of employee engagement.
Sales and Profitability:
- Drive sales targets and profitability for each location within the group.
- Implement sales strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to boost retail performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and taking corrective actions to improve performance.
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales budgets and forecasts.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure that all stores maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
