Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Aftersales Field Service Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient aftersales support and service operations.

You will collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of aftersales strategies, focusing on customer retention and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional aftersales service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Field Operations: Coordinate and oversee field service activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze service operations processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of service operations, customer interactions, and feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, and marketing, teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer expectations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on field service activities, customer feedback, and operational performance to management.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealerships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in aftersales support or service operations within the automotive industry.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of automotive products and services; familiarity with diagnostic tools and service management software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, technicians, and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to customer locations and dealerships as needed.
  • Certifications: Relevant automotive service certifications are a plus.
