We are looking for a skilled IT Manager to join our team and ensure that our IT systems and infrastructure are efficient, secure, and reliable.

Job Summary:

The IT Manager will oversee the IT department, managing all aspects of technology and information systems within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing IT strategies, managing IT staff, and ensuring that all technology systems and infrastructure are aligned with business goals. The IT Manager will also be responsible for IT budgeting, project management, and vendor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Management:
  • Develop and implement IT strategies and plans that support business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor the IT team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Systems and Infrastructure Management:
  • Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of all IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Manage IT projects from initiation through completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Oversee network management, including troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
• Budget and Resource Management:
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
  • Approve IT purchases and expenditures.
• Security and Compliance:
  • Implement and manage IT security policies and procedures to protect the organization’s data and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular security audits and assessments.
• User Support and Training:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve user proficiency with technology.
• Innovation and Improvement:
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.
  • Recommend and implement new technologies and systems to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) is a plus.
• Proven minimum 5 years experience as an IT Manager or similar role, with a strong background in IT infrastructure and systems management.
• Excellent knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security.
• Experience with project management and budgeting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
