Position Overview:
The Liaison Officer acts as a key point of contact between the organization and external stakeholders such as manufacturers, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and customers. This role ensures clear communication, smooth coordination, and compliance with technical and regulatory standards across all automotive-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact between the organization and external automotive partners, including OEMs, dealerships, parts suppliers, and government agencies.
  • Facilitate communication and resolve issues between technical teams, clients, and external vendors.
  • Coordinate the delivery and receipt of vehicles, parts, and services.
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal quality protocols.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on vehicle status, service progress, recalls, and warranty issues.
  • Participate in meetings, site visits, and inspections to support operational alignment.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, contracts, service documents, and regulatory filings.
  • Support logistics and transportation coordination for vehicles and parts.
  • Address and resolve complaints or concerns from clients or partners efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, procurement, and customer service to ensure alignment.

Qualifications:
  • College graduate.
  • 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry, customer service, or liaison role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of automotive systems, vehicle logistics, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with automotive management software is a plus.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for site visits or meetings.

Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience working with automotive OEMs or fleet services.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, DOT regulations, or similar.

Work Environment:
  • Office-based with regular visits to workshops, dealerships, or external partner sites.
  • May require occasional travel and flexible working hours.
