Position Overview:
The Vehicle Manager will oversee the arrival, and release of vehicles, ensuring efficient inventory management and accurate data posting in NetSuite. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the automotive industry, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Management:
- Manage purchase orders (POs) for vehicles and related items, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms, and delivery schedules.
- Vehicle Arrival and Release:
- Coordinate the logistics of vehicle arrivals, ensuring that all incoming inventory is logged and processed efficiently.
- Manage the release process of vehicles to customers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee the inventory levels of vehicles and related items, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with recorded data.
- NetSuite Management:
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of all vehicle-related transactions in NetSuite.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity within the system, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyze reports on vehicle inventory, sales trends, and procurement efficiency.
- Present findings and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in vehicle management or automotive inventory management.
- Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
