As we expand our presence in the market, we are looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to help elevate our online presence, drive engagement, and contribute to the growth of our brand.
Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of JMC’s digital marketing strategy, including planning, execution, and optimization of online campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to create impactful marketing initiatives aimed at building brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Design and implement digital marketing campaigns that align with JMC’s overall marketing goals.
    • Oversee the development of digital content and optimize it for SEO and user experience.
  2. Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and display ads.
    • Use data and analytics to monitor campaign performance and optimize for improved ROI.
  3. Social Media Marketing:
    • Manage JMC’s social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
    • Create and curate content that resonates with the target audience, driving engagement and awareness.
  4. Website and Content Management:
    • Oversee the upkeep and optimization of JMC’s website for lead generation, conversion, and user experience.
    • Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality content that supports marketing objectives.
  5. Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization:
    • Drive online lead generation efforts through landing pages, forms, and email campaigns.
    • Analyze customer behavior and implement strategies to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  6. Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Work closely with the sales and product teams to understand customer needs and promote products effectively.
    • Report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  7. Market Research:
    • Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  8. Budget and Resource Management:
    • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaign management and optimization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, particularly in the automotive or FMCG sector.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of the truck industry or logistics sector is a plus.
