Duties and Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Onboard new hires, ensuring they understand company policies, benefits, and culture.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data within the HR information system (HRIS).

Employee Relations and Administration:
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees with HR-related questions or concerns.
  • Manage employee leaves of absence, including processing paperwork and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring proper enrollment and communication.
Compliance and Training:
  • Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure the company is compliant.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to help employees improve their skills and knowledge.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports on HR activities for management.
  • Assist with performance management processes.
  • Maintain a strong company culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in as an HR Generalist or equivalent
