Duties and Responsibilities
Employee Relations and Administration:
Additional Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Onboard new hires, ensuring they understand company policies, benefits, and culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records and data within the HR information system (HRIS).
Employee Relations and Administration:
- Act as the first point of contact for employees with HR-related questions or concerns.
- Manage employee leaves of absence, including processing paperwork and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring proper enrollment and communication.
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure the company is compliant.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development programs to help employees improve their skills and knowledge.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on HR activities for management.
- Assist with performance management processes.
- Maintain a strong company culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
- Minimum experience of 3 years in as an HR Generalist or equivalent
