Job Summary:

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with the company’s marketing objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical thinking to grow our online presence, engage with customers, and drive traffic to our website. The specialist will manage daily social media activities, create compelling content, analyze performance metrics, and work with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Manage and update all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategy.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality content, including posts, stories, and videos that resonate with our audience.
  • Campaign Development: Develop and implement social media campaigns that support key business objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, and website traffic.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to social media interactions, engage with followers, and foster a positive community presence.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns. Provide insights and reports to optimize strategies based on metrics like engagement, reach, and conversion.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure all content aligns with company goals and messaging.
  • Ad Management: Manage paid social media campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI.
Requirements:
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in as a Social Media Specialist or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media best practices.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and stay up to date on the latest social media trends.
Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Background in graphic design or video editing is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
