AFTERSALES SERVICE JOB DESCRIPTION
Technical – Warranty Administrator Overview
• Maintain, organized all warranty documents and files
• Ensure that all dealers are properly oriented about the warranty claim process
• Process dealer warranty claims
• Process warranty claims to Manufacturer.
• Collect warrantied parts from Dealers
• Provide Technical Support to assigned Area
• Ensure timely report required by the Department head or Warranty Manager Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain knowledge on various warranty programs such as, recall, repair, safety notices and technical bulletins
• Maintain all warranty documents in accordance with the distributor and manufacturer requirement.
• Constant communication with dealer on updates of policies and guidelines likewise implementation of such.
• Responsible for checking all the details in the claims entail such as required documentation, complying with further information and ensuring warranty claim payment
• Coordinate with the department head, technical team, service advisors and dealer warranty processor.
• Ensure and monitor warranty is claimed accordingly to the Manufacturer/factory.
• Responsible for the collection of warrantied parts from dealers and communicate with Technical Support team for further evaluations.
• Process the dealer claim settlement and coordinate with accounting and audit to ensure all claims are settled
• Monitor Parts warranty monitoring and update.
• Prepares timely monitor and ensures accuracy before submission to the department head or Warranty Manager Skills Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
• College Graduate or equivalent, Preferably Engineering Course
• At least 3 years corporate and supervisory experience
• Must be extremely detail oriented, organized and tidy
• Must be a critical thinker who enjoys problem solving and working with a team
• Honest and trustworthy with good work ethic and a positive attitude
• Must have ability to communicate and articulate in Tagalog and English both verbally and in writing
