JOB DESCRIPTION FOR INVENTORY MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities not limited to:

• Oversees employer’s products, supplies and materials.
• Supervise Warehouse/ Logistics personnel and coordination with different departments within the business.
• Counting using Netsuite in inventory monitoring to track units/ parts accurately.
• Knowledgeable with Supply Chain.
• Conducting regular cycle counts to determine available inventory
• Ordering additional inventory when running low
• Sourcing of suppliers and maintaining good working relationships
• Making sure to address problems in supply and delivery
• Prepare inventory for delivery and shipping to customers
• Hiring and training inventory/ warehouse staff; tasks delegation and schedule creation
• Monitoring the sales numbers and keeping track of the inventory needs forecast.

Basic qualifications:

1. Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor’s degree Business course
2. 5 years minimum experience as Inventory Manager
3. Automotive experience is a plus
4. Needs to be amenable to work 6 days a week
5. Can work under pressure and multi-task
