Job Descriptions:
· A Warehouse Outgoing Admin essentially oversees the shipping and delivery of vehicles and warehouse personnel.
· Mainly work in warehouse settings and are involved in managing the unloading of vehicles during devanning and setting up delivery routes.
· Also manage inventory and maintain communications with carriers, suppliers, warehouses and others involved in the shipping and delivery of vehicles.

Maintain Warehouse Inventory
A Warehouse Outgoing Admin will study client or customer needs and manage inventory based on these needs. This often includes analyzing vehicle inventory on-hand (net for sales), incoming orders and units with suppliers to research the need for keeping certain items in stock and to maintain sufficient inventory levels.

- Manage and coordinate staffing and operational activities for warehouses and other storage facilities.
- Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of the organization.
- Direct and review work plan for assigned staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ of any 4 year course.
- Minimum experience of 3 years in as a Vehicle Outgoing Admin or equivalent
