Job Summary:
The HR and Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, as well as managing the administrative functions of the organization. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives related to HR and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process (job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program in collaboration with finance and payroll.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
Manage HR software and databases for efficiency and accuracy.
Administration:
Supervise daily administrative operations such as facility management, office supplies procurement, and general services.
Ensure the smooth operation of support services such as security, cleaning, and maintenance.
Monitor administrative budgets, expenses, and cost-saving initiatives.
Manage contracts and relationships with vendors and service providers.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Oversee travel arrangements, event coordination, and logistics for the organization.
Maintain corporate documentation, licenses, and renewals.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative roles.
Proven working experience as HR Manager, Admin Manager, or similar role.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor law, and best practices.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
