Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager - NCR will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and the development of HR strategies that support the organization’s goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
    • Mediate and resolve conflicts, facilitating discussions between employees and management.
  2. Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems that drive employee development.
    • Provide guidance to managers on performance issues and improvement plans.
  3. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
    • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
  4. Compliance and Policy Management:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  5. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
    • Conduct salary surveys and make recommendations for adjustments.
  6. HR Metrics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
    • Prepare reports for management on HR activities and trends.
  7. Workplace Culture:
    • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
    • Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
