The Role

The Branch Finance Manager oversees branch financial operations, ensuring accurate cashiering, billing, collections, and document compliance. The role manages cash custody, daily sales and collection reporting, customer ledger integrity, and inventory audit controls. It leads compliance for LTO registration, permits, and F&I documentation, coordinates with internal teams and external partners, and safeguards branch assets through strong internal controls and risk escalation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily financial controls, including cash counts, deposits, invoicing, AR/AP monitoring, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing, collections follow-ups, dispute resolution, and escalation of exceptions.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy through unit (VIN/chassis) verification, parts cycle counts, and variance investigations.
  • Manage regulatory and compliance documentation, including LTO registrations and business permit renewals.
  • Prepare and review daily sales and collection reports, month-end cutoffs, and variance explanations.
  • Enforce strong internal controls, segregation of duties, audit trails, and “complete documentation” standards.
  • Lead and coach administrative staff, ensuring performance, discipline, and adherence to policies.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Service, Parts, Operations, banks, insurers, and government offices.
  • Support audits and maintain exception logs for cash, inventory, and regulatory backlogs.
  • Use ERP/accounting systems and Excel/Google Sheets to track, reconcile, and report operational and financial data.
  • Remain hands-on and on-site during peak periods such as month-end closing, inventory counts, promos, and audits.

What We Expect From You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in branch finance, accounting operations, or dealership/distribution finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in at least 4 of the following areas: cashiering, financing transactions, AR/collections, LTO documentation, permits and compliance, inventory audits/cycle counts, and payable documentation.
  • Prior experience in an automotive dealership environment (sales, service, or parts) is a strong advantage.

What You’ll Get In Return:

  • Collaborate with innovative automotive leaders and diverse teams
  • Competitive base salary
  • Generous paid time off
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to grow your career
