The Role

The Treasury Cash Management Supervisor ensures cash position, liquidity, and loan facility monitoring of
the company. This role primary supervises on cash flow — ensuring funds are available for disbursements, bank accounts are reconciled accurately in NetSuite, loan obligations are tracked and funded on schedule, and management has the cash reporting it needs to make decisions.
This is a hands-on supervisory role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  •  Monitor daily cash position across all bank accounts and flag liquidity risks before they become problems
  • Plan and confirm fund availability for AP payment runs and operational disbursements; coordinate with the E-Payment Supervisor on funding and payment scheduling
  • Track all loan facilities — outstanding balances, drawdown availability, repayment schedules, and interest due dates — and ensure amortizations are funded on time
  • Prepare short-term cash flow projections and treasury reports for management review on schedule
  • Ensure all bank accounts are reconciled in NetSuite at the account level within 3 business days of month-end
  • Manage institutional banking relationships — account openings, credit facility discussions, and banking documentation with relationship managers
  • Maintain treasury SOPs, controls documentation, and audit readiness for cash management and loan monitoring
  • Supervise, coach, and develop treasury staff to maintain high accuracy and backup coverage
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Qualifications:
  •  Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field;
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or a corporate finance role
  • Solid understanding of bank reconciliation, cash flow forecasting, and loan monitoring
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel — able to build and maintain cash flow models and reconciliation worksheets
  • Familiarity with the Philippine banking system — major bank portals, fund transfer rails (InstaPay, PESONet, RTGS), and documentary requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and a control mindset — you catch discrepancies before they become issues
  • Can work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
WHY JOIN US
  • Direct visibility to the CFO and Managing Director — your cash reports go to the top
  • Ownership of a critical function in a growing automotive group with multi-branch operations
  • Competitive compensation package with full government-mandated benefits and HMO
  • Collaborative finance team based at our Central Office in Mandaue, Cebu
  • High-ownership execution role at the center of AutoGlobal's Ttreasury operations
  • Training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to grow your career
