The Role
The Sales Consultant is the front-line driver of AutoGlobal Group’s vehicle sales revenue at branch level — generating and converting leads from traditional and digital channels, demonstrating vehicles, and guiding customers from first inquiry through reservation and delivery. This role owns its own pipeline in the CRM, prepares accurate quotations and sales documentation within dealership policy, and coordinates with the General Sales Manager, Branch Finance, and the Vehicle Team to ensure a smooth, on-time transaction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Vehicle Sales & Target Achievement: Achieves assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual unit sales targets. Maintains expert knowledge of vehicle models, features, financing options, and competitor offerings to match customer needs and close sales.
- Lead Generation (Traditional & Digital): Actively prospects walk-ins, referrals, corporate accounts, and community events, and promptly responds to online inquiries from the dealership's website, social media, and digital campaigns. Converts leads from both channels into showroom visits, test drives, and reservations.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Logs and tracks all leads — traditional and digital — in the CRM system for accountability and follow-up. Maintains an accurate sales pipeline and conversion tracking from first contact through close.
- Test Drive & Product Demonstration: Conducts product presentations and arranges test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits. Addresses customer feedback and objections after each demonstration.
- Sales Documentation & Client Reservations: Prepares accurate quotations, financing applications, and sales documentation in compliance with dealership policy. Secures client reservations and hands off confirmed deal details to the Vehicle Team for Sales Order encoding in NetSuite.
- Customer Relationship & Delivery Follow-Through: Builds strong customer relationships to drive repeat purchases and referrals. Follows up with clients through the transaction cycle — coordinating with Branch Finance and the Vehicle Team — to ensure smooth, on-time vehicle delivery.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on sales experience
- At least 1–2 years of experience in automotive or big-ticket retail sales is a must.
- Must know how to drive and hold a valid Philippine driver’s license
- Hands-on experience prospecting, running product demonstrations, and closing sales
- Working proficiency with CRM systems (Auto Raptor or comparable) for lead logging and pipeline tracking
- Comfortable using basic digital tools for internal ticketing and company communication
- Customer-Focused — builds trust quickly and reads customer needs to recommend the right vehicle and financing option
- Target-Driven — stays motivated to consistently hit or exceed monthly sales targets
- Detail-Oriented — keeps quotations, CRM entries, and reservation documents accurate and complete
